WHY FAUX FLOWERS?
Fresh looking all year round. We love fresh flowers but faux flowers are at the perfect stage of
development, so they look their best all year round. A great example of this is our tulips in a glass
vase which look spectacular year after year.
Good investment. Our exceptional flowers offer great value for money. If you were to calculate how
much you pay for fresh flowers on a weekly basis, within around 2 months you would have return on
the amount spent and still have a beautiful display that will last for years. Many of our customers
rotate their arrangements seasonally so they always have something to brighten up their home year
after year.
Great for allergy sufferers. Faux flowers can help by reducing the allergens in the home
environment. They can help make a bride’s special day sneeze free. It is also perfect for hospitals
that do not favour fresh flowers in the wards.
Low maintenance. We all lead busy lives and with no dirty water, vases to clean or worry that the
flowers will die if not watered, faux flowers are extremely easy to maintain. The perfect solution for
holiday homes where you want a no fuss display looking fantastic all year round.
Suitable for that dark corner. They are suitable for dark or varying climate areas where fresh flowers
can often struggle to cope.

We procure only the absolute best faux handmade flowers and greenery that are available from our partner RTFact Flowers. Our floral and greenery arrangements are all meticulously handcrafted to ensure they are botanically correct and look as close to the real thing as possible. We do not ship readymade arrangements from China. Our partner has a team of expertly trained floral stylists who ensure that each and every arrangement has been uniquely designed for you. Our faux flowers last, they stay fresh looking for many years with good proper care. An investment for years to come.

We are passionate about design and want every piece handmade at RT Fact's UK facility to offer something that little bit different. You can visit our specially selected range online that is stocked in Singapore offering fast delivery island wide or alternatively give us your bespoke brief by contacting us via the contact page. You can give as much information as you like, with photos if possible and we will contact you to discuss your individual requirements further. We will then create a unique piece especially for you.
DO YOU OFFER BESPOKE FAUX GREENERY/FLORALS?
When we make a bespoke item or an adjusted item from the version seen online, we will offer a
consultation to ensure both have full understanding of the arrangement brief. A picture of the
arrangement will be sent prior to despatch for the client to approve.
As this is a bespoke piece, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges unless faulty or not as seen in
the approved photograph. We are also unable to accept cancellations for these orders, unless we
are notified in writing (or email) within 48 hours of the order being placed.
WILL MY ARRANGEMENT FADE OVER TIME?
Artificial flowers will fade over time. Vibrant coloured flowers will fade quicker than more subtle colours, but as with many fabrics, over time, artificial materials will lighten. To ensure the longevity of your arrangement(s), we would recommend that you place them out of direct sunlight. If, however, you require a faux solution for an area with direct sun, then we would advise you choose a UV protected greenery or alternatively talk to us direct and we can advise you as to the best solution.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We currently accept all of the payment options below via our provider HITPAY.

You will receive an order receipt confirmation email as soon as you have placed an order. Please
keep it in a safe place as may ask you for the information from it in any correspondence. If you do
not receive this email, please contact sales@luxinteriorcollection.com and we will investigate and
confirm that your order has been placed successfully.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ITEMS?
Orders received will be processed ready for despatch within 24/48 hours, subject to confirmation of
payment and stock availability. If you have purchased a 'pre order' item, we will get in touch with you to discuss the different delivery options on offer depending on how quickly you would like your order.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We want you to be entirely happy with your purchase. If on receipt of your order you decide that
you would like to return the item(s), you are welcome to do so. Please inform us within 5 days of this
intention.

Please also note that refunds will only be issued on receipt of the item(s) in their original condition
and in the original packaging. Unfortunately, we will not refund delivery or return postage and
packaging costs in this instance.

Faulty Items
If your order is incorrect or arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. You will need to return your item(s) in their original packaging within 5 days of receipt. You will subsequently be given a full refund or replacement goods and your delivery cost will be reimbursed. If, on inspection, we do not deem the item(s) to be damaged or if you fail to return them within the required timescale or if they are not suitably packaged, no reimbursement will be issued.

CAN YOU PUT RTFACT FAUX FLOWERS/GREENERY OUTSIDE?
All items in our exterior greenery range are suitable for display outside. Some of our range is UV protected and our product information will detail any individual care instructions required. It is important to note that no artificial stems are guaranteed for a set period of time as longevity is entirely dependent on weather and exposure conditions.
